For this reason, certain goods and commodities cannot be accepted for transportation through our courier and logistics services. Some items may be prohibited because they are illegal, dangerous, hazardous, restricted by law, or unsuitable for standard transportation.

1. Weapons and Firearms

The following items are prohibited unless specifically authorized and legally permitted under applicable regulations:

  • Firearms and ammunition

  • Explosive weapons

  • Illegal weapons

  • Other items designed primarily to cause serious injury

2. Explosives and Fireworks

Customers are responsible for ensuring that goods submitted for transportation are legally owned and permitted to be transported.

11. Illegal or Unlawful Items

Any item whose possession, sale, transportation, importation, or exportation is prohibited by applicable law is not permitted through Daily Courier Express.

This includes goods that may be legal in one location but prohibited in another.

13. Pornographic or Illegal Adult Materials

Materials that are unlawful to possess, distribute, sell, or transport under applicable law are prohibited.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipped materials comply with applicable laws and regulations.

We do not accept hazardous waste through our standard courier services.

16. Cash and Financial Instruments

Large amounts of cash and certain negotiable financial instruments may be restricted or prohibited.

17. Unidentified or Misdeclared Goods

Customers must accurately describe the contents of their shipments.

We may refuse or suspend a shipment where:

  • The contents are not properly declared

  • The description is intentionally misleading

  • The package contains suspicious materials

  • Required documentation is missing

  • The contents cannot be reasonably identified

Misdeclaring a shipment may result in additional charges, delays, rejection, or other action where permitted by law.

18. Items Restricted by Destination

Some goods may be legal to ship from one location but restricted or prohibited at the destination.

Customers are responsible for understanding applicable import, export, customs, and destination-country requirements.

Daily Courier Express may refuse a shipment if we reasonably believe that the shipment cannot legally or safely reach its destination.

19. International Shipments

International shipments may be subject to additional customs, import, export, security, and regulatory requirements.

A commodity that is permitted for domestic transportation may be prohibited or restricted for international shipping.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate customs declarations and required documentation.

20. Customer Responsibility

The sender is responsible for ensuring that all items presented to Daily Courier Express comply with applicable laws, regulations, and our shipping requirements.

You must:

  • Accurately describe shipment contents

  • Provide required documentation

  • Properly package permitted items

  • Declare restricted items where required

  • Comply with applicable customs requirements

  • Confirm that the shipment is legally permitted

21. Undeclared or Prohibited Items

If a prohibited or undeclared item is discovered, Daily Courier Express may, where permitted by applicable law:

  • Refuse the shipment

  • Stop transportation

  • Return the shipment

  • Hold the shipment for investigation

  • Notify relevant authorities where required

  • Take other appropriate action

Additional costs or liabilities may apply depending on the circumstances.

22. Inspection of Shipments

Where permitted by applicable law and our operational procedures, Daily Courier Express may inspect shipments where there is a reasonable concern regarding safety, security, prohibited goods, inaccurate declarations, or regulatory compliance.

Inspection may also be required by competent authorities.
